Henry Cordero, US Army and Penny completed our Emotional Support Animal (ESA) program on January 15, 2020.
Penny was originally rescued by a Good Samaritan on the side of the freeway in Riverside, CA. She was taken in by a foster, who connected with our program to find Penny a greater purpose than the life she lived as a stray. She is a joyful and energetic girl who loves to train. We’re so thankful her journey aligned with Henry’s and the two are now together, thriving.
This partnership would not have been possible without the generous support of Penny’s Red Star Sponsors, Jack and Nanci Simkin who sponsored her care, training, and placement with Henry.
