Originally from Bakersfield, California, Jade has always loved dogs—a passion that started when she was a kid. She pursued her education at San Diego State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

During her time at SDSU, Jade was not only committed to academics but also involved in various aspects of campus life, where she learned the value of teamwork and dedication.

Today, Jade calls San Diego home, living with her three amazing dogs and partner, who serves in the Navy. In her free time, she loves to explore all the unique places San Diego has to offer, from coffee shops and new food spots to farmers markets and local shops.

Her personal connection to the military, through her partner’s experiences, gives her a deep understanding of Shelter to Soldier’s mission, which resonates closely with her heart. Jade is honored to contribute her skills, education, and experience to support the organization’s important work.
