Hailey grew up basking in the sun-soaked beauty of San Diego, where her love for dogs blossomed in her childhood. From a young age, she eagerly helped train and raise her family’s pets, igniting a lifelong passion. After graduating from Mission Hills High School, Hailey took a bold step toward her dreams by enrolling in an International School for Certified Dog Trainers program, all while navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Joining Shelter to Soldier has been a dream realized for Hailey, as it beautifully intertwines her commitment to helping animals in need with her desire to support our veterans. She finds immense joy in working with the service dog trainees and adores spending time with her beloved golden retriever, Daphne, who adds an extra sparkle to her days. Each moment spent with these remarkable dogs fuels her dedication to making a difference in their lives and the lives of those they serve.
