We are excited to announce that Shelter to Soldier’s 14th Annual Be the Light Gala presented by Cox Communications will be hosted aboard the iconic USS Midway Museum on Friday, August 14, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Shelter to Soldier’s largest annual fundraiser, the 14th Annual Be the Light Gala brings together our community of supporters, Veterans, and partners for an unforgettable evening benefiting our mission of rescuing dogs and training them as psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 Veterans at no cost.

Hosted aboard the historic USS Midway Museum on the Flight Deck, guests will enjoy musical entertainment, cocktails and small bites, a three-course dinner, exclusive event swag, inspiring stories of healing and hope, and memorable moments with our Veteran recipients, service dogs, and Shelter to Soldier team. The evening will also feature an exciting silent and live auction emceed by Clint Bell, all in celebration of the life-changing impact made possible through this incredible community of support.
