Shelter to Soldier is committed to the mental health of veterans on the home front. That’s why events like our 8th Annual Be the Light Gala are critically important. Your support helps us save the lives of homeless dogs, train them over 12-18 months to become psychiatric service dogs, and place them at no charge with post-9/11 combat veterans suffering from invisible wounds from combat.

Join us for our VIRTUAL 8th Annual Be the Light Gala presented by Cox Communications, with Gold Sponsor UNITE Doggy ‘Poo, and in partnership with The Fish Market, Ranch & Coast Magazine, Ryan Hiller, Clint Bell Productions and Redfearn & Associates. Ticket options include musical entertainment by Ryan Hiller, optional four-course, fine dining meal kits from The Fish Market delivered to your doorstep the morning of the event, VIP swag bags, a custom “Be the Light” cocktail with mixologist presentation, and an exciting silent and live auction emceed by Clint Bell. Funds raised will benefit Shelter to Soldier’s service dog training program and will help us increase our impact for homeless dogs and post-9/11 combat veterans in need.
